Volunteer Sign-Up
Home events are strongest when Warrior families serve together. Choose a role that fits your gifts and help us create an excellent, welcoming game-day experience.
Volleyball families
Every family has a part to play.
Every volleyball family is expected to complete four volunteer shifts during the season. Separate Junior High and High School signups make it easy to choose the dates and roles that fit your family.
Scorebook and scoreboard positions are assigned by the Athletic Department and are not included in the public signup. TeamReach will be used for reminders and urgent open-slot notices.
Cross Country • September 5
Trinity Mile High Invite
Help us welcome runners and families to the Trinity Mile High Invite. Volunteers may assist with course directions, athlete check-in, the finish area, hospitality, parking, setup, or cleanup.
Exact assignments and arrival times will be shared after volunteer needs are finalized.

Volunteer requirements
All volunteers complete the school application. Food-handler certification applies only to concessions volunteers who handle unpackaged food.
Concessions: Get a Food Handler Certificate
The online course typically costs about $10, takes 30–45 minutes, and remains valid according to the provider’s expiration terms.
Not serving concessions? A Food Handler Certificate is not required for line judge, libero tracker, pizza pickup, or cleanup assignments unless you will also handle unpackaged food.

Game-day volunteer roles
Clear assignments make it easy to arrive ready and help the night run smoothly.
Concessions
Welcome guests, serve food and drinks, and help keep the concession area ready. Students age 14 and older may serve in concessions.
Line Judge
Support the officiating crew from the end line. A short pre-match orientation is available for new volunteers.
Libero Tracker
Track libero substitutions at the scorer's table. This role is simple to learn and requires close attention during play.
Pizza Pickup
Pick up the team meal and deliver it to the Warrior Events Center at the requested time on doubleheader nights.
End-of-Night Cleanup
Two volunteers stay through the second match and help reset the gym and common areas after the full doubleheader.

What volunteers should know
- Choose carefully. Select dates you can reliably attend and save the confirmation.
- Arrive ready. Follow the arrival time and instructions listed with your selected role.
- Find a replacement. If plans change, update the signup promptly and notify the team through TeamReach.
- Serve the full assignment. Cleanup volunteers remain through the second match of the doubleheader.
